A: You can't deny that we have an infertility epidemic in this country and I'm convinced it's because of the massive increase in the use of soy-based foods. The use of soy foods at all levels of society has had a significant effect on the birth rate. Numerous studies support my point of view. A study published in the Biology of Reproduction showed that genistein, a plant estrogen found in soybeans, can lead to reproductive problems and infertility. It also showed that the severity of these problems is directly linked to the amount of genistein that a person ingests. Perhaps most alarming is that the adverse effects were found at doses comparable to the amount of genistein found in soy formulas given to human infants. Research from the Harvard School of Public Health showed that even eating small amounts of soy could have drastic affects on sperm counts. They found that the sperm count of men who ate just one serving of soy-based foods per day was half that of those who didn't eat soy - going from 80 million per milliliter to 40 million per milliliter. Lead researcher, Dr. Jorge Chavarro, says it's because of the presence of isoflavones in soy, since they have the ability to mimic estrogen. I could go on, but I'm sure you get the picture. Soy is a genetically modified demon food that is trying to take over the world. Apparently the extinction of the human race is it's ultimate goal. |
